2010-2011 PTSO Elected Positions

 Pearl Harbor Elementary PTSO elections will be held in May.  We are looking for volunteers to help fill the PTSO board for the 2010-2011 school year.  Please look over the elected positions that are available.  If you would like more information about any of these positions please email us at phesptso@yahoo.com .  We would be happy to answer any questions you may have. 

Book Fair Night

Book Fair Night was February 2nd from 6:00pm to 7:30pm in the Cafeteria.   It was a lot of fun.  We had a great time playing 'word bingo'.  Mrs Glenn, Mrs Smalley, and Mr Z were our card readers and did a great job.  Everyone had a really great time.  The book Fair will run until the 8th of Feb so be sure to stop by the Library to check out some great buys and enjoy reading together as a family! 

McTeacher Night

Jan.20th's McTeacher Night was a great success!  Thank you to the teachers who participated behind the counters that night.  We earned $725 from McDonalds Corporation and $360 in cash donations!  PTSO will donate $40 to the classrooms of the teachers who worked that night and $325 towards grade level field trip transportation costs.  Our last McTeacher Night for the year will be on April 15th.  Mahalo for all the support!

Parent Coffee

With the change in administration, the PTSO has cancelled all upcoming Parent Coffee Hours until further notice.  We thank all of the parents who attended, and we hope to have our Parent Coffee Hours back soon as possible.  The Parent Coffee Hour was a great way to meet other PHES parents as well as speak with our PHES administraton face to face.  Mahalo to all who participated!
